I have a problem with my oven that when I bake a cake the center is burnt..it's like the center is too hot.. i used oven thermometer but its still the same..I cant afford to buy new oven at this time...anyone can tell me how to resolve that problem?
I bake all cakes at a lower temp. (325) and use bake even strips. I use flower nails in all cakes over 9" along with and oven thermometer, works perfectly now every time. Low & Slow... HTH
