Does anyone have a cream cheese filling for wedding cake that doesn't require refrigerating? Bride wants a pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese filling.

I think Henry & Henry makes a Cream Cheese filling that doesn't need refrigeration. It's sold by Global Sugar Art and quite a few other popular online cake supply sites. There might be a local bakery supply in your area that sells it too. I've never used it, but I've read on here that quite a few people like to mix it with bettercreme or an equivalent brand to make a cheesecake mousse filling.
