I made chocolate MMF and am trying to cover a cake with it but it is not elastic and keeps cracking. What do I do, can it be saved? Help!
Did you use cocoa powder or melted chocolate?
If you used cocoa powder, did you swap out the same amount of powdered sugar for the amount of cocoa powder you used?
I used melted chocolate, is there any way to save it. Thanks for the quick reply=)
