Coolest Delivery Vehicle Ever? I Think So....

Very early in the "let's open a shop" process, it was decided that I would have a delivery vehicle that is paid for, maintained and registered to the company. We did a little personal/company crossover for the first year with an SUV, but I wanted a minivan. We sold the SUV, bought a minivan and decided we would have it wrapped. We wanted a certain look that couldn't be achieved with simple decals.

Here are some before and after shots:

The back is freaky. Looks like you have cakes sitting in the back of your van with no rear door

rock on! Love love love it! We just got a van too, but I'm thinking I'm going to have to wait on a full wrap and just do the name for now...jealous...

It's so amazing, I love the dots and especially the back!! I made one of those big door magnets on vista print to hang on the back of my van, said "Wedding Cake Delivery In Progress...Thank you for your patience" and someone stole it a month ago when I was setting up a wedding cake!!! I only had it for about 2 months and got about 15 calls from people saying they got my number off a blue van while it was driving LOL

Hopefully this will get you NOTICED and get you a TON of business!!

How much did it cost to have it done?? Are those photos of your own cakes there and how did you take the pic for them to use?? I think it's just ingenious!!!

Thanks everyone.

The cakes in the photo are display cakes from my shop. The guys at the wrap-place came to our shop and helped us load the van and position the cakes AND they brought a professional photog to take the pics. It was awesome.

The cost was just under 2K (the van is actually painted gold, so all of the white is the vinyl wrap) and I believe it will be worth every penny.

Also, I kid you not, not even 3 hours into driving today, I had someone ask my for a business card AT A STOPLIGHT!!!!
