How much would you guys charge for a Minnie Mouse cake (just the face, bow, and ears) serving 20-25 people?

You should come up with a price per serving guide for yourself, a buttercream price and fondant price, like $3.50 to $4.50 a serving. I would charge $115 for the cake you are talking about.

Technically ........ nothing, because I can't sell a copyrighted character, especially a Disney one.
