I need to make 75 cupcakes with skull and crossbones on them. I'd really like to figure pipe them in frosting but I can't seem to come up with a way to do it that "flows". I have to go back and do a lot of shaping with toothpicks or paint brushes. I do have a candy mold as a back up plan.

Why not pipe them in white chocolate?

Could you just pipe something like this with white and black or does there have to be crossbones?
