Hello. Im looking for your favorite fruit cream fillings. I like those that contain fruit puree and dont use jello powder. I havent had good taste results w/ the jello thing.

Also a nice vanilla cream would be great. I am having a hard time finding filling recipes that I really like.

I would love to hear all your favorites or get links to them if they are already in the recipe database.

Thanks!

A favorite of mine is to use Polander's All Fruit jam. I love the strawberry! I have used just the jam, the jam mixed with some buttercream, as well as the jam mixed with cheesecake flavored pudding made with half of the milk that is called for.

Thanks for the ideas! Here is a raspberry mousse from the recipe section I really like: http://cakecentral.com/recipes/7480/light-raspberry-mouse.

And a lemon mousse: http://cakecentral.com/recipes/721/lemon-filling

I also made a lemon/lime curd once & used that in a coconut cake that was really good.
