...freeze cupcakes in liners? Does this affect the paper liners? I know the cakes will be fine, but I'm not sure about those. Any experience?

I've done it before, only a few peeled away from the liners when thawed.....

I always make cupcakes with any leftover batter and I always freeze them in the liners. I've never had a problem. A few of them start to "bloom" (peel away), but that happens with the ones I don't freeze, too.

I've frozen cc in the Reynolds liners with great results. They are foil instead of paper. I have even frozen leftover batter this way for a no fuss dessert the following week... tasted great!
