I want to make the Croquembouche recipe on here but there seems to be an error as there are no eggs mentioned in the list of ingredients for the choux pastry but further down it requires them to be beaten in. Am I misreading the recipe. If someone could have a look that would be great. Thanks

You can use any pate a choux recipe that you find on the internet to make the dough.
