Hi all. A bride sent me this picture she wants her cake to look like. From looking at it, do you think it's fondant or BC? (I think it's BC). Also is the green floral pattern a stencil or piped on? (I think it's a stencil). If it's a stencil, does anyone know where I can get one similar to it? Lastly, approximately how many servings do you think that is? (I was thinking that serves at least 175). Thanks in advance for your input.

It's hard to tell, my unprofessional guess is -
BC, but I would do whatever I did best, Fondant/ganche to get that clean look.
Stencil, Global Sugar Art has alot of stencils, or use cricut
180 serv. - that bottom layer looks like an odd size almost, 8,10, 14 " tiers?
