Do anyone have a petit four recipe that they are willing to share? I tryed the one in the recipes section and that one is very densed like cornbread is there another recipe I can try that may up hold roll icing

My petit four recipe is a dense almond cake that you use raspberry jam in between layers, buttercream on top and dip in hot fondant. Very, very rich (not everyone likes things that sweet but I used to sell a lot of them.)
