Anyone know if you can use any powdered sugar with her awesome recipe?

i know she uses domino. but says make sure u r using a high qualiy sugar, like no store brands. none that use beet sugar. just good 10x sugar. her recipe is on her website designmeacake.com and u can watch her make it on you tube.

I use walmart ps sugar and it's fine. But if you don't mind spending a bit more she uses Domino..but where I live you can only get it in a 1lb box..not the 2 lb bag..so I buy walmart brand...Love her butter cream works really well!

I make it with C&H but they just raised the prices, so I was hoping to get something a little cheaper. I use store brands for my MMF and it always turns out fine so I was just wondering. I do love her BC...so glad I switched from the Wilton recipe!
