hiya

Which round tins do you use most often? And which square?

I'd like to buy a couple more tins, and want to make sure they are versatile.

Also, if you were going to stack two round cakes, which sizes would you use?

TIA!

9" rounds, 2" height (I have 3 for 3 layer cakes)

For square, I got this one that I can make into anything, so I wouldn't know what to tell you.

Plus, I can always use a sheet pan and extenders and cut to size for squares.

It all depends on what you make. I guess if you make big wedding cakes, you need a set of squares to make it easy.

I agree with imagenthatnj. it depends on what you bake. I just bake for friends and family so i stick with 6,8 and 10 inch but i want to tell you that i love my 3inch high cake pans. instead of making 2 cakes i can just bake 1 in one of the 3 inch and tort it.
