How long can I store MMF and it still be good? I made black the other day and have LOTS left over, and have a cake in a month that I could use it on. Same thing with the red I made. THANKS!

I've kept MMF tightly double wrapped in the refrigerator for months and it's perfectly good.

If you have a vacuum seal machine it works great. I have stored mine for months also with no problem.
