Hi guys! I need help! I have to make 5 dozen cake balls for various things throughout the week. I know you can make and dip them ahead of time, but I want them to be super fresh. I need 1 dozen on Monday (a gift for my daughter's teacher), 1 dozen on Wednesday (my kids' pediatrician wants to give some to his fiancee), and 3 dozen for my daughter's school fall festival. I'm making the cake tonight, the balls tomorrow, and dipping the first dozen tomorrow as well. How should I store the rest of the cake balls for the weeks events?

If I freeze cake balls (either for now or for future reference), how do I store them? Air tight container? How do I thaw them? Take them out, place them on wax paper, cover with syran wrap, and place in the fridge?

Help please! This whole making things a week in advance is throwing me off... lol
