I want to buy some dvd's to help me learn and/or perfect cake decorating techniques.

I only have experience with Sharon Zambito's DVDs, and the are excellent.

I definitely like Sharon's DVDs. I also like Jennifer Dontz's DVDs; she's especially good if you're looking for help with gum paste flowers.
