I had to post this for everyone to watch. My business partners husband created this video due to our high volume of last minute cake request.
After the last customer called and wanted a Minnie Mouse cake (carved) the next day and when we told her that we could not do it, that we need more notice than 24 hours. She said she never would have thought to call weeks in advance and we said sorry that we can not do this for you at this time.....her response was "YOU SHOULD BE" and hung up on us.
I understand that to some people this is a new concept and they do not realize that you need to order in advance ( this is not the local grocery store cake) but to get mad is just wrong. So here is the video that he created. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we have.
