Hey all,
just wanted to say .......I LOVE DECORATING CAKES!!!
i cannot explain it! I have ALWAYS stunk at anything related to art. i have not money (or at least almost none) to pursue this, no time to take classes and no idea what im doing, yet im inexplicably drawn to decorating cakes. There have been so many nights lately that i have lay awake dreaming up ideas. I dont know how im going to do this, but Im going to give it all ive got cause for some reason i love it! by the by, i will be posting pics of 3 of the 4 cakes i have made so far. Please be kind with your comments as i didnt have ANY tools for the first and only a piping bag and a few tips for the second.

Welcome! I'm just starting out and I am a hobby baker myself. Watch out... this gets VERY addicting. I find excuses to bake and decorate now. Happy baking!
