I was wondering how much any of you would charge for a 3 tiered cake that is 12", 10", 8" white cake with strawberry filling and covered in purple fondant and buttercream, Im from WI and there really isnt anywhere close that does fondant to compare to so im at a loss how to base my pricing on..please help me...thank you
I would charge about $3 per serving but it depends on how intricate the design is. As far as pricing goes that is for what it costs me for my ingredients. Honestly I can't tell you what you should charge because it depends on your ingredient costs.
the cakes are square and stacked off set a little like a winding staircase, i have attached a picture of the done product this time....thank you again
