Hi all,

I'm sorry that I have to post this message again because I sent this message into wrong section before, to the Cake Decorating. I guess I have to ask my question in here.
I need to make a book cake covered with fondant. But I'm not sure which recipe to use to make the cake. Maybe a moisty cake will collapse, not sure. I'm looking for the recipes on the forum but still do not know which one to use. Can you please help me to find the best recipe for a book cake?

For this book cake i did I just used box mix with a box of pudding and an extra egg added to it.

It's not the cake that supports the above cakes, it's the support system (dowels and cake board/plates) so each cake in my photo was supported by dowels below and on it's own cake board.
