I need to make a book cake covered with fondant. But I'm not sure which recipe to use to make the cake. Maybe a moisty cake will collapse, not sure. I'm looking for the recipes on the forum but still do not know which one to use. Can you please help me to find the best recipe for a book cake?

I used coconut cake for the book in my profile. I have also used a white chocolate mud cake. I think any mud cake recipe would be fine, but am sure most recipes would hold up. A friend has done one with a sponge!
