I am interested covering a square cake in fondant but I cant seem to get those crisp corners or even half way decent corners. Any tips on how to achieve that?

Thanks, Julie

i find it easiest to lay the corners down first and then the middles...hope this helps you some!!

First - I am not a fondant expert. But, I believe to get beautifully perfect square edges with fondant you need to use ganache instead of butter cream under your fondant.

THere is a ganache under fondant thread here somewhere that would be good for you to read.

Corners first. That really helps a lot.
