I have a couple cake orders that I'm a little nervous about and I need help! One person wants a bulldozer cake and I have never made a sculpted cake so I think I am going to try making it out of rkt and putting it on top of a sheet cake. I also need to make a 57 chevy truck the same way. Any suggestions?

coat your rkt with chocolate-much better than royal icing and smoother! i've just finished up a dragon cake that was sculpted using rkt and a chevy truck that was carved out of cake. by far the dragon rkt was much easier!! there was a great tutorial on here by a cake artist who sculpted pepe le peu (the french skunk) and it was fab. i'll try looking for the post!
