What Temp/how Long Do You Bake Your Cuppie (Modified Mix)?

I had read a great tip and I forgot it and can't find it. The member posted that they used a #20 scoop and started at a higher temp for a certain time, then lowered it. I tried it and it worked great! That was over a month ago and I forgot to make a memo.

What are your tips?

There is a post further down this section called "How to make perfect "muffin top" cupcake...That's what I was looking for..It says to bake cupcake at 400 for 5 or so min. then down to 350
