Anyone have any dulce de leche fillings that are stable enough to sit out, I will be filling the cake on Thursday evening, decorating Friday evening and delivering cake Saturday morning. I was just thinking of adding it to my regular buttercream mixture but was wondering what other ideas you all might have. TIA
Also you could add it to some whipped pastry pride, that could sit out.
Nestles makes one on a can that I use all the time, and leave out.
You can also make your own using condensed milk.
