Hello all --

I'm doing cookies like these...

http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1452807

And, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to marble... I've looked at all the links I can find and most are for straight line marbling.

At this point, any tips will help... just looking for any and all info...

Thanks!

Those are done with most likely a glace or royal icing. Pipe the base color (usually the lighter color) then pipe the darker color inside right away (don't let the base coat set) and then take a toothpick and swirl it as you like. It's very easy to do! icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks! I figured the technique was pretty simple, but the tip on doing the lighter color first is helpful.

Thanks again!
