I'm making this filling for some cookie dough cupcakes and the recipe doesn't say anything about refridgeration, nor does anyone who I've gotten the recipe from and have used it. But does it have to be refridgerated? I'm using it at the farmers market tomorrow and don't want to make anyone sick.
I've also used it once before and didn't refridgerate it.
4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup plus 2 tbsp flour
7oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 mini chocolate chips
please help! Thanks!

Doesn't look like it contains anything that needs refrigerated.
