I'm making a cake in AmeriColor ivory-colored butter cream with white chocolate sea shells/coral. I also need to make fondant (with gum tex for strength) letters, and an anchor. Since the fondant comes out white white, I need to tint it slightly. I have the choice of AmeriColor ivory, AmeriColor brown or Wilton Gel brown in which to tint the fondant. Has anyone had experience tinting fondant to match white chocolate? I just don't want it to be glaringly obvious that the fondant pieces are made of a different medium than the sea shells/coral. I plan to put pearl luster dust on the all the decorations, so I may be able to mask it a little. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
