I just made marthas snikerdoodle cupc akes and find them a little dry. I was hoping to cover them up with a filling so it won't be as noticable just not sure what would go well with it. Any ideas would be great thanks![/u]

I filled with ganache, then topped with cinn. BC. I didn't tell them(church group) about the ganache, so it was a wonderful surprise when they bit in!
