Can anyone share a buttercream recipe that will hold up to Arizona's hot weather (it can get up to 112 here!). I've tried a few but they seem to melt as I pipe them. I really appreciate the help ;o)

Charlotte's Whipped Cream Buttercream - in the recipe sectoin here. It's all I use and it stands up to heat and humidity. Reportedly, Indydebi's bc holds up in the heat also.

I am in Alabama and Indydebi's buttercream is amazing in our humid climate.

You can use any buttercream in hot weather. I'm in an area in CA where it's that hot sometimes. Its not like anyone's parties are outside, so, there shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks everyone, I'm going to give Indydebi's a try. I'm new at this and I'm slowly getting the hang of things. I appreciate everyone's advice!!
