Hi everyone,

I'm going to be visit an old roommate soon and she is having an Indian theme dinner. Just wondering what would be a somewhat easy recipe to make that would have an Indian flavor. I thought about pistachio cupcake with cardamom frosting or a mango kulfi cupcake (http://raspberryeggplant.blogspot.com/2007/10/mango-kulfi-cupcakes.html). I think I like the sound of the first one better, but not sure on the recipes for those.

Also, I'm trying to think of just a little thing that could be put on as the topper for the cupcake. Nothing too detailed, but something that would go with the theme for the dinner. Thanks

The mango kulfi cupcakes sound yummy. As far as a topper, why not use a sliver of mango slice on top of the frosting--like the picture from the link you posted.
