So, I kept reading on the forums here about the Agbay cake leveller, and how good they are, but could not afford one. It came up in conversation when a dear friend who is a retired cake decorator/caterer was visiting. Imagine my surprise when one showed up on my doorstep a week or so later! She ordered me one as a gift; what a blessing!

Just torted/levelled my first cake with it, and cannot believe how amazing it is. Cuts so easily and leaves such a smooth even top. I even cut off a completely smooth slice about 1/8" thick; could never do that with my old Wilton one!

Just had to share with you guys as I knew you'd understand my excitement.

So jealous as well!!! I've been drooling over it forever. I even keep mentioning it to my husband. The problem - - I don't make money making cakes - - I make them for fun (and for my nieces and nephews). I have a hard time justifying that when it isn't going to make me anything.

So happy for you!!!

While trying to tort and level a cake earlier tonight I was thinking how much I would like to try one. Glad to hear from another on how great they are. Maybe one day......
