I'm making my SIL's wedding cake, but I'm traveling 8 hrs with it. It's going to have RI scrolls on it, but I'm debating whether putting them on before we leave or after we are in town. Will they crack on the way there? Will they make it? Or should I just do them the day of the wedding (since we won't be getting in town until the night before)? Ugh, I'm so nervous they won't come out right!

They shouldnt crack, but always take some RI with you incase of any breakage so you can glue them back together. Thankfully RI is easy to fix with more RI.
