I've read up on the laws in my county in Georgia, and now I'm ready to find a space! Easy right? Not so far icon_razz.gif . I have contacted a few churches and catering companies and no one is getting back to me. Do you have any tips for finding a kitchen to rent in Georgia or otherwise?

Try closed mom and pop restaurants. Every city has those spaces that just keep going out of business. The kitchen is already up to code and in this recession, someone wanting to start a restaurant in a "bad restaurant area" is probably not going to come along... so low rent too!
