Has Anyone Gotten Fast Enough To Make Petit Fours Profitable

just curious....if you have, any tips?...i'm pretty fast at cakes, so many people want them...and no one around here makes them...
The trick is to place them in a rack above another pan and pour the icing over them straight from the mixing bowl. At home, I do 24 at a time but in a larger setting, I have used a donut glazing table. I can do up to 96 at a time. I worked at a small bakery in SC and that is how they do it. They sell hundreds a day!
I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than do petit fours! I have the worst luck with those suckers!
