Why are some of my cupcakes lopsided?

Could be that your oven/oven racks aren't level or you could have a hot spot(s) in your oven or your oven's heating element may be going on the fritz.

Hope it's an easy fix for you.

Are you using a convection oven? sometimes the convection moves so much air that the cupcakes don't bake up level.

This happened to me once - and i was icon_mad.gif then realised that the bottom rack in my oven wasn't in properly and the oven door was ajar just a tiny fraction.... icon_rolleyes.gif

Just something else to consider as well as the above answers.

Thank you. I will check the racks. I did bake using the convection. I will try regular next time. Thanks again!
