I know how to make the kind of loopy bow that you'd put on a gift box but want to know how to make the kind you'd put on a dress or hat box?? They have only two loops and are scrunched in the middle with two tails? Do you make them flat with cotton or plastic wrap in them to make the bows stay puffed out? That was the best I could come up with in looking at them.
