yes, look in the aile for interational foods - it shouldbe where the thai foods are. Also, any Asian/India store or even out local grocery store carries it.

It can also be found in the Latin-American foods section.

My Walmart stocks coconut milk with the evaporated milk.

If you want to add it to a cake, consider using coconut CREAM which is in the aisle with the mixers for drinks. Same place as where the bottled Bloody Mary and Margarita mixes are. It makes an incredibly good coconut cake.

I actually get my coconut cream at the asian market. It comes in bigger cans and seems fresher.

Ruth, do you used the same amount of coconut cream as you would coconut milk?
