Has anyone used this in their batter instead of sour cream and yogart? They have flavors that the regular yogarts don't have like chocolate raspberry mousse; I just wanted to know does it work well in cakes since it's whipped? Any tips I should know about?
If you stir the air out of it it is just like regular yogurt.
I use raspberry in my raspberry cake, not as a filling as an ingredient.
