My SIL called me last night asking to do a cake for our niece's baptism on Sunday. For 50 people. icon_eek.gif She is so not picky so at least I don't have to worry about doing something she won't like, but any ideas for a sheet cake (her only request that it is a sheet) for a baby girl's baptism? Decorated with BC, please, I don't have time to mess with fondant but I still want it to look nice! I do also have the Wilton cross pan so I could use that as well. TIA!

I used the Wilton Cross pan for a Confirmation cake I made last year. I think it's in my pics...

Erin- that 2nd cake is GORGEOUS!!! Any idea where I could get a template for a cross design that would be similar? Thanks for your suggestions!

I wouldn't know! Sorry. :/ I would just google it, or scroll through CC pictures to try and find something similar, and then maybe trace it onto paper. Personally, I suck at scrolls, but that cake is so pretty I kinda want to try it. icon_razz.gif
