I am looking all the bits and pieces of this really pretty fall themed wedding cake that is going to be 4 tiered. And I am looking to have it feed a larger number of people, extra sheet cakes have been added. So, I was wondering what size pans I should use. I was thinking of doing a 16 in, 12 in, 8 in, and a 4 in cake for the actually cake, they only wanted four tiers, and then the added sheet cakes. Is that going to look alright, or should I do less of a gap inbetween the tiers?? It's going to be square, I just wasn't sure if I should skip or 2 sizes of pans or more or less..... Any suggestions..
How many servings do you need?
It's proportional, so it'll look fine.
