I was having my husband custom cut me cake boards for each cake. I also have perchased wilton cake boards. I was wondering what you guys use and where you get them? I would rather use something that I dont have to charge my customers a deposit on.

Hi...

I believe you are asking about cake drums. I purchase locally at Cake Art and have ordered on-line (much more reasonably priced). In a pinch or for an odd size board, I use 5/8" Foam Board. Cost is $4.99 and either get on sale or with 40% off coupon at Hobby Lobby. My husband trims them to size.

If you are talking about cake boards...I use Wilton or whatever brand I can get!

I also use the cake drums and 1/2" foam core board for bigger cakes.
