Hi all.

i am trying a marshmallow frosting from the book..Cupcake Doctor..but it doesn't say if it needs refrigeration..

the recipe is simply

marshmallow creme (fluff)
3 tbls sour cream
vanilla extract

i would hope that i can decorate the cupcakes tonight, leave at room temp and serve tomorrow.... but with the sour cream, i'm not sure...
