I had a request for a birthday cake to be done with lemon and black cherry flavors.
I made a lemoncake from the box but enhanced it with lemon pudding adn lemon yogart

I decided to make a black cherry mousse as the filling. Which I used cream cheese cool whip and black cherry polaner all fruit jam and made for a great mousse.

topped off with a butter cream i make which isnt as sweet as most, but added a touch real lemon juice to it in place of almond extract.
The comination of the flavors were fabolous!

This combo was so good I got Three calls from guests tyhat was at this part who like cupcakes or a cake in these flavors.
