Wondering if anyone out there has ever gone to either a "boot camp" at the Culinary Institute or some of the classes at the institute of Culinary Education in NYC? I'm close enough to consider attending one, but they would be an investment so I'd appreciate any feedback. I'm interested not only in cake decorating, but also baking/pastry art and even sugar work.
Funny u mentioned CIA in NYC. I was just on there web site a couple days ago checking out the prices. Its like 2095.00 for the 5 day camp I would like to attend. Worth it to me. 5 days in NY AND pastry lessons, where do I sign up???? Now if I could just get my hubby on board.......LOL(im working on it)
