I am new to the world of cookies. I tried making carrot cake cookies but I'm thinking they could be a hit if there was a way to ice them (similar to a glace/royal icing) with an icing that has a cream cheese flavor. I want to mail them to my best friend so it would have to be an icing that does not require refrigeration.

Is this possible??

The closest you'll probably come is using LoRann Cheesecake flavoring.

Thanks for the response. I am aware of the lorane oil. Should I be concerned about adding an oil to royal icing?
