As I posted the other day I am a baker not so much of a decorator. I had never used fondant before and I think I won't use the Wilton brand again! I used what I had. The Cinderlla needed another 8" round but I didn't have enough batter and no time to make more so I made the best of it. I will change that if I make another. Live and learn from the first attempt.
The hot wheels cake I had air bubbles in the green frosting, not sure what happend and the only black frosting I could find around here was wilton in tube. I had to use karo syrup to try and smooth it out. It turned out ok, not great but ok. It also was my first checkered board cake, everyone loved that! Ok don't laugh, I know there are wonderful decorators here and I don't even come close! LOL

Sorry could someone tell me how to add pictures to my post? What I did, did not work!
