I was just hired today at Michaels to teach Wilton classes and was asked to do demos to promote the classes. I'm not sure how much I should do there and how much to have premade. Does anyone out there have any suggestions. Any help is greatly appreciated.

when i do my monthly demos, i do everything there. I clock in, then set up and work. You are just demoing what your class is all about. When i do the mandantory one, i take cup cakes and decorate there. of. Of course , if i use b/c, i prepare that at home before i go. The time goes by so quickly. I love for people to stop by the table and watch me and talk to me. I then , give them a bounce in coupon in case they want to take decorating basics, etc. hth
