I just made IMBC and added raspberry puree to it. It's just not sweet enough and I need to ice and carve this cake tonight so time is ticking away while I try to make up my mind! Me and my tight deadlines.
How can I make it sweeter? add powdered sugar or superfine sugar? Add more sugar syrup? Please help me out - thanks!
An update for anyone who has the same problem in the future....I Googled it (duh!?) and found out you can add about a cup of powdered sugar and it turns out just fine. Good night!
Its a shame that no one got to you sooner, but kudos on googling it. That is what I do first. You probably won't get much answers until they fix the problem with being able to see posts since your last visit. It's a little hard to get around this board otherwise.
In the future if it is not sweet enough you can add a wee bit more sugar to your IMBC also.
