If I bake and decorate cupcakes on Thursday will they still be fresh on Saturday? Or should I bake/decorate on Friday?

I asked the same question when I had 100 cupcakes to make. You can freeze them. I just chose to bake, fill, and ice the night before. When you think about it, you can get them done really quick. Cupcakes get stale alot faster than cake.
